As part of the Berkeley Historical Society autumn walk series, join Bob Johnson to explore the quieter side of the UC campus. This walk features great architecture, former homes of famous people, the Graduate Theological Union, the history of Berkeley's devastating 1923 fire, and tree-lined streets, some of which should be showing fall colors. The walk is a little over 2 miles and includes a few steep uphill sections. Option to grab a bite to eat in the intimate Euclid commercial district afterward. Please go to the Berkeley Historical Society website to register and pay a modest fee: http://www.berkeleyhistoricalsociety.org/Walks.html
